Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products showing signs of use or washing

  • Color or texture variations due to handloom craftsmanship

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Shipping costs for exchanges may be applicable
